Refund Policy

In order to book, secure and confirm a hunt, the hunt must be paid for IN FULL. A properly executed release of liability form must be provided to the ranch prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

50% refunded, if hunt cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior to hunt date AND ranch is able to secure alternate hunter(s) for that weekend. And such refund would occur only after ranch secures the alternate hunt. No refunds or cancellations within sixty (60) days of hunt date.

Upgrade Policy:

If, when you are hunting on your booked hunting trip, you see the buck of your dreams, but is not at the level you purchased. If you decide to harvest an animal at a higher price level, or upgrade, you can do so ONLY IF you have the funds available, either cash, money order or cashier’s check. Once harvested, an upgrade will not be allowed off the ranch unless and untill payment is received in full. Bring your money, money orders and we will accept a cashier’s check. NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR UPGRADES AFTER A HARVEST.
